Samantha Wideman is a Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to patients while advancing education and professional development within healthcare. She has specialized in oncology care since 2015 and joined Genesis Cancer and Blood Institute in 2022, where she is committed to supporting patients throughout their cancer journey with personalized, high-quality care.
Samantha earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2007 and completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Arkansas State University in 2021. She graduated with honors as a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the international honor society of nursing, recognizing her academic excellence and commitment to the nursing profession.
In addition to her clinical practice, Samantha has been a certified CPR and First Aid instructor since 2012 and remains actively involved in teaching classes throughout the community. She is passionate about empowering others through education and believes that ongoing learning is essential to improving patient outcomes and strengthening the healthcare workforce.
Samantha is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the Advanced Practitioner Society for Hematology and Oncology, and the Tri-Lakes Nurse Practitioner Alliance.
